The best multi-channel order management tools for SEA sellers

I run three Shopee stores, one Lazada store and a TikTok Shop account under my own brand, and for the first eighteen months I updated stock across all four seller center tabs by hand. That worked fine until a size ran out on one channel while the other three still showed it in stock, and a buyer in Kuala Lumpur ordered something I couldn’t ship. That kind of miss doesn’t just cost you a refund. On Shopee and Lazada it can ding your late shipment rate and order fulfillment score too, and I broke down how those scores actually differ across all three platforms in how account health scoring compares across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. That’s the moment I went looking for a tool that would sync inventory close to real time instead of on a nightly batch.

This list is for sellers running two or more stores across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, not solo sellers with a single storefront. If you’re on one platform with one shop, most of what follows is overkill. Use the seller center’s own tools and keep the subscription fee.

I picked these by checking each vendor’s own integration pages and, where one exists, the platform’s own app or partner directory, not by taking a vendor’s marketing copy at face value. I haven’t run every tool here end to end with my own SKUs, and I say where that’s the case. Pricing and integration lists also change. What’s below reflects each vendor’s public site as of September 2026, so check current rates before you commit.

how I picked

  • confirmed the tool has a direct, native connector to Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, not just one or two of the three
  • checked the vendor against each platform’s own developer documentation, Shopee Open Platform, Lazada Open Platform and the TikTok Shop Partner Center, rather than trusting the vendor’s own claims
  • favoured tools built for or heavily used in southeast asia over generic global feed managers that bolt SEA marketplaces on as an afterthought
  • looked at whether stock sync runs close to real time or on a delay, since a delayed sync is what causes oversells in the first place
  • ruled out anything that assumes you’re running more shops per platform than Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop’s own rules allow
  • noted whether pricing is public or sales-led, since a quote-only tool usually means it’s built for a bigger operation than a two or three store seller

the picks

Ginee

Ginee is built specifically for southeast asian marketplace sellers, out of Indonesia, and it shows in the integration list: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Zalora and Blibli are all native connectors, not workarounds bolted on later. For a seller running the same catalogue across three or four of these, Ginee’s Omnichannel module is the closest direct match to the problem in this article’s title: sync orders and stock centrally, print shipping labels from one screen, and see everything in one dashboard instead of four.

The catch is that Ginee’s ERP and chat modules are separate add-ons, so what you actually pay for depends on how much beyond order sync you need. I’d start on the free tier, run it against your slowest-moving SKU for a week, and check whether the inventory count actually agrees with what the seller center shows before paying for anything more.

  • native Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop connectors plus Tokopedia and Zalora, useful if you also sell into Indonesia
  • built-in shipping label printing across every connected marketplace from one screen
  • a free tier exists, so you can test stock sync accuracy before committing spend

  • ERP and advanced reporting sit behind paid tiers, so the free plan alone won’t cover a growing catalogue

  • documentation and support lean Bahasa Indonesia first in my experience, English second

Pricing: free tier for basic multi-store order and stock sync, paid tiers scale with order volume and add-on modules. Ginee

Anchanto

Anchanto is a Singapore-headquartered enterprise platform, and its SelluSeller product is order and inventory management for sellers who’ve outgrown a lightweight sync tool. It connects natively to Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Zalora, plus Amazon and a long list of other marketplaces, which matters if your SEA stores are one part of a bigger, multi-region catalogue.

This isn’t a tool for a two-store seller. Anchanto sells to brands and larger operators, the sign-up flow is a sales call rather than a self-serve account, and the pricing reflects that. If you’re at the size where a dedicated ops person manages stock across stores, it’s worth the call. If you’re a one or two person team, it’s more than you need right now.

  • broad marketplace coverage beyond SEA, useful if you’re also on Amazon or expanding regionally
  • a warehouse management module (Anchanto WMS) pairs with the OMS if you run your own fulfillment
  • built for multi-brand, multi-warehouse setups, so it scales past what most SEA-native tools handle

  • no public pricing and a sales-led onboarding process, slow if you just want to test it

Pricing: quote-only, sales-led, no public pricing page. Anchanto

Synced

Synced, at getsynced.io, is a Singapore-based startup built around one problem: keeping stock counts identical across every store you run. It connects Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify, and the pitch is real-time sync rather than the hourly or nightly batch that some older tools still run for certain marketplaces.

I like the narrower scope here. Synced doesn’t try to be an ERP or a shipping tool, it does inventory and order sync and leaves fulfillment to whatever you already use. That’s a smaller learning curve, but it also means you’ll still need a separate tool for labels and accounting.

  • purpose-built for stock sync speed, which is the actual failure point behind most oversells
  • a lighter interface than the enterprise tools on this list, easier for a small team to onboard
  • connects Shopify alongside the three SEA marketplaces, useful if you also run your own storefront

  • a narrower feature set than Ginee or Anchanto, no built-in shipping or ERP

  • a newer company than the others here, so the track record is shorter

Pricing: paid subscription with a free trial, tiered by connected stores and order volume. Synced

EasyStore

EasyStore is a Malaysia-based omnichannel commerce platform, closer to a Shopify alternative than a pure OMS, but its channel manager syncs orders and stock across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, your own EasyStore storefront, and Facebook and Instagram shops. If you want a branded storefront alongside your marketplace stores, this is the pick that gives you both from one login.

The tradeoff is that EasyStore’s core product is the storefront, and marketplace sync is a feature of that, not a standalone tool. If you have no interest in running your own store and only want to sync between Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, you’d be paying for a storefront you won’t use.

  • one login for your own online store plus Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop stock sync
  • a POS module if you also sell offline, which a fair number of SEA sellers I know do at markets or pop-ups
  • a strong support base in Malaysia and Singapore specifically

  • built around having your own storefront, not ideal if marketplace-only is your model

Pricing: published monthly plans, tiered by feature and store count. EasyStore

Locad

Locad is a Singapore-headquartered fulfillment company, and its OMS is really the front end of a bigger service: warehousing and delivery across Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia. Orders from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify and a few others sync into one dashboard, and Locad’s own warehouse network picks, packs and ships them.

This is the right pick if the actual pain point isn’t the software, it’s that you’re the one packing boxes at 11pm. If you already have your own warehouse or a 3PL relationship and just want software, Locad’s bundled OMS is more than you need and probably more than you want to pay for.

  • fulfillment and OMS bundled, useful if warehousing is the bigger bottleneck than software
  • a regional warehouse footprint across SEA plus Australia, so cross-border SEA selling is handled
  • order sync covers Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop plus Shopify and WooCommerce

  • pricing bundles software with fulfillment cost, hard to compare against pure OMS tools on price alone

  • less useful if you’re already committed to your own warehouse or an existing 3PL

Pricing: custom quote, bundled with fulfillment costs, no flat public software-only rate. Locad

Shopline

Shopline is a Hong Kong-founded commerce platform with a long history in Hong Kong and Taiwan, now expanding across SEA. Like EasyStore, it’s storefront-first, but its channel and POS modules connect Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop so orders and stock show up centrally instead of in four separate seller centers.

Where it stands out is offline retail. If you run a physical store or a booth alongside your online stores, Shopline’s POS-plus-omnichannel combination is more mature than most of the SEA-native tools on this list, since that’s where the company started.

  • a mature POS module if you also sell in person, not just online
  • a longer operating track record than several SEA-native competitors
  • channel sync covers Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop alongside your own Shopline storefront

  • pricing and feature availability vary by market, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong aren’t identical, so confirm what’s actually included before signing up

Pricing: published monthly plans, tiered, rates and included features vary by market. Shopline

Jubelio

Jubelio is an Indonesia-based inventory and omnichannel platform, and it’s one of the more established names for sellers running Tokopedia alongside Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. If Indonesia is a meaningful chunk of your sales, not just Singapore or Malaysia, Jubelio’s coverage of the Indonesian marketplaces alongside the regional ones is the most complete on this list.

Outside Indonesia its name recognition drops off, and most of its documentation and support defaults to Bahasa Indonesia first. That’s a fair tradeoff if Indonesia is your main market, and a reason to look elsewhere if it isn’t.

  • deep Tokopedia integration alongside Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, the strongest Indonesia coverage here
  • combined inventory, order and basic accounting features in one product
  • a long operating history in the Indonesian market specifically

  • weaker documentation and support outside Bahasa Indonesia

  • less relevant if Indonesia isn’t one of your active markets

Pricing: published monthly plans in Indonesian rupiah, tiered by order volume. Jubelio

comparison table

tool price primary strength primary weakness
Ginee free tier, paid plans scale with volume native SEA coverage plus Tokopedia and Zalora ERP and reporting gated behind paid tiers
Anchanto quote-only, sales-led enterprise scale, multi-warehouse, multi-brand no self-serve signup, built for larger operators
Synced paid subscription, free trial fast, real-time stock sync as the sole focus no built-in shipping or ERP
EasyStore published monthly plans own storefront plus marketplace sync in one login you pay for a storefront you may not need
Locad custom quote bundled with fulfillment OMS and warehousing bundled across SEA hard to price against software-only tools
Shopline published monthly plans, varies by market strongest POS for sellers who also sell offline pricing and features vary by country
Jubelio published monthly plans (IDR) deepest Indonesia and Tokopedia coverage weaker support outside Bahasa Indonesia

how to choose

Think about which failure mode actually costs you money before you pick a tool. If it’s oversells, prioritise sync speed, that’s Synced or Ginee, over feature breadth. If it’s the hours you spend packing boxes yourself, prioritise a bundled OMS-plus-fulfillment setup like Locad. If you’re juggling separate systems for your own storefront and your marketplace stores, the storefront-plus-channel tools, EasyStore or Shopline, solve a different problem than the others on this list and are worth it for that reason alone.

Match the tool’s home market to where your stores actually sit. A tool built and supported primarily in Bahasa Indonesia, Jubelio, and to some extent Ginee, will serve an Indonesia-heavy seller well and serve a Singapore or Philippines-only seller less well, since support hours and documentation follow the company’s home base. Also remember that whatever you pay for order management sits on top of each platform’s own commission and payment processing fees, which differ enough between Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop that I did a full breakdown in seller fees compared across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. Worth checking before you commit to a subscription that assumes margin you might not actually have.

Check the platform rules before you assume more stores automatically means more revenue. Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop each set their own conditions on operating multiple shops under one seller, and syncing inventory across stores doesn’t exempt you from those. I covered what’s actually allowed on each platform in running multiple Shopee and Lazada stores. This is not legal advice, check each platform’s current seller policy directly before you scale past what you already run.

The software side of multi-store selling is only half the operational problem, the device and account side is the other half. Running four seller center apps means either four phones or juggling logins on one, and platforms watch for accounts that look linked through shared devices or IP addresses. I wrote about the phone-juggling part separately in running seller apps across multiple phones. If you’re running separate, legitimate shops that each need to look and connect independently, a dedicated device with its own IP is one way to keep them apart. cloudf.one rents real Android phones in Singapore on dedicated hardware, each with a persistent Singapore mobile IP, controlled from the browser. It’s Singapore-only, so it solves this for sellers whose devices need a Singapore presence specifically, not a global one.

verdict / top pick

If I had to pick one tool for the exact use case in this article’s title, syncing orders and stock across several Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop stores, I’d start with Ginee. It’s built for this specific job, it has a free tier so you can test sync accuracy before paying anything, and it doesn’t force you into an enterprise sales process just to get started. If you outgrow it, that’s usually a sign you’re ready for Anchanto’s enterprise tier, or Locad if the bottleneck has shifted from software to physical fulfillment.

None of these would have caught my Kuala Lumpur oversell after the fact.

But the version of me running Ginee’s stock sync instead of four manual seller center tabs would have caught it before the order ever went through, and that’s the whole point of putting one of these in place. For the platform rules and fee comparisons referenced above, the rest is on the blog.
