About SEA Seller Desk
SEA Seller Desk is a working desk for people who sell on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop in Southeast Asia, especially the ones running more than one store: brand owners with a store per brand, and the agencies and operators who manage stores for other people.
It is published by the Singapore team that runs cloudf.one, which hosts real Android phones in Singapore, and Singapore Mobile Proxy. Our day job is keeping phones, apps and logins working for other people. That is why a lot of what we write is about the unglamorous side of selling: who has access to which store, which phone the seller app lives on, and what happens when a staff member leaves.
What we cover
Store operations and seller-centre workflows. Account health, penalty systems and platform policy. Fees and margins. Chat response rates. Pricing and competitor monitoring. Team access, security and the devices behind it all. Readers are spread across Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam, so we write in plain international English and say which market a rule applies to.
How we check things
Marketplace fees and rules change often and differ by country. Before we state a fee or a policy, we find it on the platform's official seller centre or help pages, name that page and date it. If we cannot verify a number, we leave it out and tell you where to look instead of guessing. When a page goes stale, we update it or mark it as out of date.
What we will not write
Nothing here will help you get around a ban, dodge identity or KYC checks, run stores a platform does not allow, fake reviews, inflate ratings or hide from a platform. If a platform says one shop per person, we say that plainly. Staying inside the rules is cheaper than rebuilding a store.
We are not affiliated with Shopee, Lazada or TikTok. See the disclosure for how we handle links to our own products.
